Lose your pass or ticket? Purchase a replacement card for your season pass, lift ticket, Summer Scenic Tram Ride ticket or All-Day Activity pass, then head to a Pick-Up Box to print it. Pick-Up Boxes are conveniently located throughout the base area at all Snowbird's lodging properties, Creekside and the Snowbird Center. |
Print your replacement card.
If a card is lost, there will be a $5 Pass Replacement Fee to reprint it. Snowbird urges their passholders and visitors to hold on to their pass/ticket card year after year in an effort to reduce waste. Newly purchased season passes, lift tickets and summer activities tickets can be automatically added to existing cards by logging in to your account. Passes damaged due to normal usage will be replaced at no charge. Passholders whose pass is lost, damaged or stolen can order a replacement card here and print it at the Pick-Up Boxes the next time you visit the resort.
Note: This card provides no lift access until linked to a valid season pass, lift ticket or summer activity ticket. This product must be purchased on the same account as your ticket/pass.
Picking Up Your Card
You can quickly redeem your Summit, Kids Freeloader, Alta-Bird or Flex-5 Pass at the Pick-Up Boxes, conveniently located throughout the base area at all Snowbird's lodging properties, Creekside and the Snowbird Center.
