Snowbird offers amazing rental and demo packages available for pick up at our conveniently located slopeside shops–Snowbird Sports, Creekside Sports and Cliff Sports. Whether you're skiing for the first time or an avid snowboarder, Snowbird's rental and demo shops will ensure you have the gear you need to enjoy your day.

How to Pick Up Your Rentals

Pick up your Snowbird rentals or demos at any of our 3 convenient locations (village map) on the morning of your reservation:

  • Creekside Sports, located on Level 2 of Creekside, is most convenient for those who park in Entry 1 and plan to start their day in Gad Valley via Gadzoom, Mid-Gad or Baby Thunder.

  • Snowbird Sports, located on Level 2 of the Snowbird Center, is most convenient for those who park in Entry 2 and plan to start their day in Peruvian Gulch via the Tram, Peruvian Express or Chickadee. This is also the most convenient pick-up location for anyone staying at The Lodge at Snowbird, The Inn or The Iron Blosam.

  • Cliff Sports, located on Level 1 of The Cliff Lodge, is most convenient for guests staying at The Cliff Lodge or parking at Entry 4.


    • A parent or guardian is required to come to the rental shop with any renter who is under 18. Upon arrival at the shop, we'll swipe your credit card as security for the equipment. No charge will be made provided the equipment is returned on time and undamaged.

    Snowbird rental and demo shops can accommodate touring boots with tech soles (ISO 9523) on select demo ski models. We highly recommend using GripWalk soles (ISO 23223), which can be used on all demo ski models at Snowbird rental and demo shops.


    Cancellation and Date Change Policy

    • Date changes are permitted at any time. No need to let us know, simply visit us when you're ready to start your rental or demo.
    • 15 days or more prior to reservation date: Rental/demo cancellations will receive a full refund.
    • 14 days to 2 days prior to reservation date: Rental/demo cancellations will incur a $25 per rental processing fee for cancellations.
    • 2 days or less prior to reservation date: Rental/demo cancellations are non-refundable.

    For rental or demo cancellations/refunds, please fill out the Refund Request Form or contact the shop where your rental or demo is reserved–either Snowbird Sports, Cliff Sports or Creekside Sports–or by email at skirentals@snowbird.com.
