Media Cards

All lift tickets are required to be loaded onto a Snowbird media card. If you have a media card from the 2023-24 season (older cards will not work), you can reload your media by clicking Add Media once logged in. You will then be prompted to type the 20-digit code on the back of your media card. If you do not have one, you will pick one up via one of our Pick-Up Boxes (instructions below).

Pick-Up Boxes

Upon arrival at the resort, proceed to one of our Ticket Windows or one of our many Pick-Up Boxes, located throughout the Snowbird Center, The Cliff Lodge and Creekside. Scan the QR code on your confirmation email (via phone or printout) and receive your ticket from the machine.
